An extraordinary general meeting voted 99.29% of votes cast in favor of the buyback of 16,441,177 redeemable participating preference shares from the Strathclyde Pension Fund. The resolution received 48,419,293 votes in favor, 346,837 votes against and 4,726,426 abstentions, with a turnout of 76.3%.
