PayPoint has appointed Manasi Bhalerao as an independent non-executive director with effect from Tuesday. She will join the nominations, remuneration and audit committees as well as the cyber security and IT committee. Bhalerao is currently group product and technology director for digital and e‑commerce at Tesco and brings leadership experience from Just Eat and American Express along with expertise in product innovation and technology.
