Rover sitter under police investigation after two dogs die and abuse reports

Several Bay Area dog owners report abuse and two dogs' deaths after leaving pets with a Rover-approved sitter in San Francisco. Victims say dogs showed severe dehydration, vomiting and collapse; one dog, Aku, died from complications related to dehydration and another, Zeb, also died.
