Johannes Linden, supervisory board member at ASTA Energy Solutions, sold a total of 2,118 shares at €60.01 each on 29 September 2026; the transaction was reported to BaFin on 30 September 2026. Previously, Linden had acquired 2,118 shares at €29.50 each on 10 September 2026. ASTA Energy: major shareholder Tojner sells 3.5% of share capital
Michael Tojner, via his holding ETV Montana Tech, sold half a million ASTA Energy shares at €60 each, reducing his stake by 3.5% of the share capital. The sale was executed at a discount of about 6.5% to the Xetra closing price and the shares were placed with international institutional investors. ETV Montana Tech and Makra together still retain a majority of around 51.2%, the free float rose to about 42.9%, and the proceeds are partly being used to fulfil contractual obligations to Montana Aerospace. » Mere på finanzen.net
