Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank: CFO Luca Pertoldi to step down at end of June, Pascal Berli to serve as interim

Luca Pertoldi will relinquish the CFO role of Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank effective end of June 2026 and will continue as an internal advisor on strategic projects related to profitability and revenue enhancement, reporting directly to CEO Alexandra Scriba. From 1 July 2026 Pascal Berli will assume the CFO duties on an interim basis. The succession process for the CFO position and the head of the Finance & Risk Management division has been initiated.
