Borussia Dortmund extends contracts of entire executive management, Cramer becomes chairman

Borussia Dortmund has extended the contracts of Carsten Cramer, Lars Ricken, Thomas Treß and Svenja Schlenker. Cramer’s contract now runs until 30 June 2031 and he will assume the chairmanship of the executive management; Ricken’s contract ends one year earlier (30 June 2030). Treß and Schlenker remain until 30 June 2028, and Treß intends to leave the executive management then. The BVB share briefly rose about 0.95 percent to €3.19 in XETRA trading. » Mere på finanzen.net

Borussia Dortmund has extended the contracts of Carsten Cramer, Lars Ricken and Thomas Treß. Cramer, previously spokesman of the executive management, will become chairman and his contract now runs until 30 June 2031. Konstantinos Karetsas has left hospital after collapsing in the Champions League match against Villarreal. The 18-year-old had been substituted due to circulatory problems; his mother cites dehydration as the likely cause, and the club is conducting further examinations.
