Citigroup posts surprising growth thanks to strong bond trading

Citigroup reallocates DroneShield holdings and falls below reporting threshold

Citigroup has redistributed its DroneShield shares within the group via securities lending and regular trading between different Citi entities, causing the group to fall below the major shareholder reporting threshold. The reallocations do not change control over DroneShield and, according to filings, do not indicate a strategic shift. The stock fell about 4.14% in Sydney to 1.62 AUD.
