Develop Global aligns strategy to cash flow and aims for around 1 billion AUD EBITDA

Develop Global is moving from a build-up to a cash-flow phase, focusing on the three core projects Woodlawn, Pioneer Dome and Yitirrti, and expects about 1 billion AUD EBITDA at steady state. Management forecasts more than 50,000 tonnes of copper equivalent and 200,000 tonnes of spodumene equivalent per year and no further equity dilution, supported by a 575 million AUD financing package with Trafigura. Pioneer Dome is expected to deliver positive free cash flow in the December quarter 2024, Yitirrti in under two years, and all three projects to produce steadily within two to three years.
