Hönle increases profit in Q3 2026 despite only slight revenue growth

Hönle reports a Q3 2026 revenue increase of 4.9% to €23.7m and an EBITDA of €1.7m versus €0.5m a year earlier, lifting the margin to 7.3%. In the nine-month period revenue remained stable at €69m, while EBITDA rose 26% to €4.5m. Improved cost discipline, a more favorable product mix and lower material costs contributed to the margin improvement, while the curing segment remains under pressure. Management confirmed the full-year guidance (revenue €92–95m, EBITDA €5–6m) and expects curing to grow again in fiscal 2026/2027. » Mere på de.investing.com
Dr Hönle executive expands stake and buys 56,680 shares

On 9 December 2025 Dr. Richter Vermögens- und Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH (board member) acquired 56,680 Dr Hönle shares at €6.80 each; the trade was reported on 10 December 2025. The announcement temporarily pushed the price higher in FSE trading; the stock closed at €6.82 (+2.10%). Dr Hönle expects significant improvement in quarterly results

Dr Hönle will present figures for the past quarter on August 7, 2025. Analysts forecast earnings per share of 0.050 EUR, compared to a loss in the same quarter last year, and expect revenue to rise to 26.3 million EUR.
