Elevra Lithium increased revenue in 2026 by 39% to $202 million and turned adjusted EBITDA from a loss of $43 million to a profit of $14 million. Elevra Lithium has sold exploration licence E45/2364 in Western Australia to Wildcat Resources for a total of A$16 million plus contingent royalties. The consideration comprises A$5m cash on completion, A$8m in ordinary shares at A$0.353 per share and a A$3m deferred payment upon completion of a feasibility study, as well as contingent payments of A$0.70 per tonne for reported JORC-compliant pegmatite resources.
