Elmera Group increases adjusted EBIT significantly in Q2 – Fortum offer under review

Elmera Group reports adjusted net sales of NOK 399m (+7.8%) and an adjusted EBIT of NOK 121m (+30.1%) for Q2. The company gained customers in the retail segment, improved profitability in the corporate segment and reduced net debt to NOK 1.04bn. The integration of Telinet contributed in the Nordics segment, and cash-EBIT generation remained strong. Elmera Group reported a revenue decline in Q3 2025 to NOK 351m (previous year: NOK 368m) and adjusted EBIT of NOK 61m (previous year: NOK 79m).
