Fermi signed a binding deal with TensorWave for up to 650 megawatts, including a 15-year initial commitment for 222 MW that Fermi estimates could generate roughly $6.5 billion of revenue over the term. The company appointed Lee McIntire as CEO, completed an upsized $431 million convertible note offering, and reported turbines on site with a target to deliver the first 210–222 MW by July 1, 2027.
