First Graphene has acquired all assets, IP, product lines (E-GO, LIGRA, OMEGA, DELTA) and production capacities of MITO Material Solutions. First Graphene acquires production infrastructure, intellectual property and sales and distribution channels from Ionic Industries and its subsidiary Imagine Intelligent Materials for AU$250,000 in cash and shares. The acquired technologies include revenue-generating formulations for graphene coatings and geotextile applications, as well as solutions for environmental remediation, water treatment and energy storage.
