Formycon: H1 2026 revenue nearly tripled, adjusted EBITDA significantly improved

Formycon reports that first-half 2026 revenue nearly tripled year-on-year and adjusted EBITDA improved to -6.9 Mio. EUR (previously -19.2 Mio. EUR). Drivers were milestone payments (14.3 Mio. Growth was driven by milestone and advance payments from partnerships for FYB206 as well as increased licensing income and milestone payments from FYB202. Formycon improves preliminary results for fiscal year 2025 and schedules audited annual financial statements

Formycon reports a significant improvement in its preliminary operating figures for 2025: group EBITDA improves from -€12m to around -€4m, and group adjusted EBITDA from -€7m to around -€2m. Group revenue remains unchanged at around €45m. Group working capital is about €70m (previously ~€73m, guidance €55–65m).
