The general meeting of Fundamenta Real Estate approved the 2025 annual accounts and confirmed a withholding-tax-free distribution of CHF 0.60 per registered share (payment date 9 April 2026, ex-date 7 April). The distribution corresponds to a yield of 3.4% as of 31.12.2025 and a payout of 94.1% based on net profit excluding revaluation effects. All members of the board of directors were re-elected; Dr. Andreas Spahni was narrowly confirmed and has announced his resignation no later than the 2027 AGM as part of succession planning.
