Galenica meets growth targets in first half and confirms full-year targets

Galenica increased revenue in the first half by 7.1% to CHF 2.14 billion and adjusted EBIT by 7.1% to just under CHF 118 million; net profit was around CHF 92 million (+1.3%). Drivers were the pharmacy business and wholesale, particularly the Products & Care segment (+11.5%) thanks to strong demand for GLP‑1 preparations, and the Diagnostics business following the acquisition of Labor Team. The Logistics & IT segment grew by 4.2% and Galenica gained market share in the pharmacy channel.
