Monument Mining says its subsidiary Monument Murchison convened the management meeting of the Tuckanarra joint venture because, according to Tuckanarra, Monument Murchison was stripped of the role of joint-venture manager for a contractual breach effective 25 August 2026. Tuckanarra then applied to the Supreme Court of Western Australia for an interim injunction to stop the meeting; both parties have agreed on interim arrangements and an expedited timetable to resolve the dispute. Monument increased revenue from gold production to $165.72 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026 (2025: $98.64 million) and net profit to $68.80 million, or $0.20 per share (2025: $37.54 million, $0.11). Gold production rose to 44,942 ounces, while cash costs increased to $1,243 per sold ounce and AISC to $1,446 per ounce. Cash and short-term investments grew to $109.56 million and net working capital to $122.86 million; a one-time special dividend of $5.04 million was also paid.
