Nokian Tyres significantly boosts profitability after completion of major investments

Nokian Tyres reported a sharp rise in profitability and cash flow for Q4 and full-year 2025: the group’s operating profit more than doubled in the quarter to €35.1 million, segment EBITDA increased to €87.1 million, and full-year revenue on comparable currencies grew 7.2% to €1,373.6 million. Drivers included higher passenger-car tyre prices, an improved product mix with more premium tyres, and lower material costs; operating cash flow climbed to €146.2 million alongside substantially lower investments (€126.9 million). The board proposes a €0.25 dividend and expects a 2026 segment operating margin range of 8–10% with stable capital expenditure of around €130 million.
