Rumble Deutschland AG has informed Northern Data of its intention to transfer Northern Data shares held by minority shareholders against appropriate cash compensation pursuant to sections 327a et seqq. of the Aktiengesetz (Stock Corporation Act). The amount of the cash compensation will be determined on the basis of a company valuation to be completed. Northern Data is in advanced, constructive negotiations with RUM Group Inc. over a long-term lease for the Maysville, Georgia site. The agreement is expected to include market-standard terms and, once signed, will bind one of Northern Data’s largest sites on a long-term basis.
