Pioneer Power Solutions brings mobile PRYMUS energy solution for data centers and AI applications
Pioneer Power Solutions has introduced the mobile PRYMUS power platform, which delivers scalable power blocks from 1 MW to 10 MW and is expected to be ready for deployment in about six months. The hybrid solution combines mobile generators, battery storage, parallel configurations and controls to cover base load and the AI-typical load spikes in modular data centers and industrial applications. Pioneer Power misses Q3 forecasts: EPS significantly worse than expected
Pioneer Power reported Q3 2025 EPS of -$0.21 versus expected -$0.09 and revenue of $6.9m (expectation $6.99m). Gross margin fell to 9% (prior year 20%), and there was an operating loss of $1.4m. The stock fell 6.9% after the close to $4.20. Limbach strengthens market position with acquisition of Pioneer Power for $66.1 million
Limbach Holdings is acquiring Pioneer Power for $66.1 million to expand its presence in the Upper Midwest and expects significant revenue and EBITDA contributions from 2026 onwards. The acquisition was financed through an expanded credit facility and also includes Pioneer Power's real estate assets.
