In the BofA Brand Leading Indicator for Q2 2026, Prada ranks first in the soft-luxury segment, followed by Michael Kors and Alaïa. The ranking evaluates 43 brands based on social followers, search queries and website traffic, weighting momentum at 60% and digital presence at 40%. Michael Kors improved strongly thanks to increased Google searches, while Prada and Alaïa were consistently highly placed in the first half of the year. Prada has terminated several contracts following intensified inspections of suppliers: in 2025, 173 inspections produced 43 findings, six with significant shortcomings and 37 with deviations from company standards.
