Sartorius lab division grows thanks to bioanalytics and Mattek acquisition

Sartorius recorded lab-division sales of €524 million in the first nine months, supported by a stable consumables business, accelerated customer projects and strong demand for bioanalytics instruments. Currency-adjusted sales before US tariff refunds rose 8.3%; including customer compensations they grew 7.5% on a currency-adjusted basis and 5.9% nominally. Sartorius beats expectations in nine-month period and confirms full-year guidance

Sartorius increased sales in the first nine months by 5% to €2.737bn, thereby beating the consensus expectation. Adjusted EBITDA rose 7% to €828m, with the margin improving to 30.2%; adjusted profit after tax was €260m and adjusted earnings per preferred share were €3.77. The management board reaffirmed the group forecast, raised the target range for the Lab Products & Services division to the upper end, and expects currency-adjusted revenue growth in the middle of the previous ranges as well as group margins slightly above 30%. » Mere på finanzen.net
Sartorius confirms annual targets after strong third quarter

After three strong quarters Sartorius sees itself on track to meet its annual targets: group revenue rose in the first nine months on a currency-adjusted basis, driven by consumables, a recovery in bioprocess equipment and growth in Asia-Pacific and North America. Adjusted EBITDA climbed to around €828 million with a margin of 30.2 percent, and profit attributable to shareholders increased to €188.3 million. Sartorius also reports refunds of US tariffs, which it accounts for as revenue-reducing in the forecast, expects an operating margin of just over 30 percent in 2026 and plans a reorganisation with a new segment structure and leadership lineup at the start of 2027. » Mere på finanzen.net
