Sylvania Platinum has launched a share buyback program to return up to $1.5 million of capital. Panmure Liberum will execute purchases on the exchange, including the authority to buy during closed trading periods. Repurchases will be funded from existing cash and limited daily to 25% of the average daily trading volume (20 days). Sylvania Platinum reports net revenue of $99.8m (+110%) for the six months to 31 December 2025, driven by 25% higher 4E‑PGM production and a 55% higher average basket price. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $51.0m (+414%), net profit to $23.2m; cash balance was $54.0m. The ESG report shows progress on environmental initiatives, including improved water flow measurement and sustainable rehabilitation of tailings facilities, and for the first time includes scope‑3 emissions.
