Tandem Diabetes relies on pharmacy model, Mobi‑Patch and international direct sales for growth

Tandem Diabetes unveiled a long-term growth plan that includes a pharmacy-based pay-as-you-go model in the US, broader rollout of the tubeless Mobi‑Patch pump in the second half of 2026, and expansion of direct sales activities in selected international markets. The new US model is intended to remove the initial cost barrier for patients and bring up to 80% of US sales through pharmacies; internationally, the company expects higher prices and better follow-on care via direct business.
