UBM Development has successfully placed the Green Bond 2026–2031 with a total volume of 58m. In the exchange offer around 18m nominal (36%) of the Green Bond 2023–2027 were swapped, reducing the due repayments in 2027 to about 32m; additionally, 40m of new capital was raised through a cash subscription. UBM Development reports a pre-tax result of more than €7m in the first half of 2026 after a €6m loss a year earlier. Revenue rose 36%, net debt fell to €475m and the equity ratio improved to 36.6%. Management is driving a reorientation toward affordable housing and sees potential for more than 100,000 m² of development land, but, citing market volatility, is not issuing a concrete full-year forecast. On 13 November 2025 UBM Development will repay the remaining €75.06m of the 2.75% 2019–2025 bond as scheduled. €44.94m were already swapped into Green Bonds in 2024 and 2025, so the entire bond portfolio now consists of Green Bonds and Sustainability-Linked Bonds.
