WH Group pays 0.61 HKD dividend for 2025 and raises payout significantly

WH Group decided at the annual general meeting on a dividend of 0.61 HKD per share for 2025, an increase of 22% from the previous year. The total distribution amounts to 14.08 billion HKD, a year‑on‑year rise of 214.36%. On the day of the AGM the stock traded in Frankfurt at 1.11 EUR; today is ex‑dividend day, so price adjustments may occur and the payment will be made shortly. Wolf Essgenuss sold to Morliny Foods (WH Group)

The Bavarian sausage maker Wolf Essgenuss is being sold to the British company Morliny Foods, which belongs to China’s WH Group. Around 1,800 employees at three sites are to be taken on, and the brand and production locations will be retained. The takeover is still subject to approval by competition authorities.
