Fixstars stock soars after US funding announcement for quantum computing

Japanese quantum computing stocks rose sharply in Tokyo after the US government announced $2 billion in funding for the industry. Fixstars led the gains with increases of up to 26%; Systems Engineering Consultants and NF Corp also posted double-digit gains.
