As of 30 June Globalworth reports a portfolio value of €2.6bn (+0.4% vs. Dec. 2025) with a gross leasable area of 1.0 million m² (56 properties) after disposals in Warsaw and Bucharest. The commercial occupancy rate was 86.6% (+1.2 percentage points), contractual rental income increased by 3.2% to €195.5m and NOI to €68.4m (+2.1%). EPRA earnings amounted to €24.0m, and profit attributable to shareholders was €20.2m (previous year €8.0m). Fitch has affirmed Globalworth’s long-term issuer default rating and its rating for senior, unsecured debt at BBB- following its annual review and has assigned a stable outlook. Globalworth highlights its solid balance sheet and risk management; as of 31 December 2025 the portfolio was valued at €2.6bn, of which 98.4% are income-generating assets leased to more than 650 national and multinational tenants. Globalworth will hold its annual general meeting on 22 June in St Peter Port, Guernsey. In addition to routine agenda items, the company proposes two resolutions that would grant employees, under the Share Award Plan, a one-month put option to sell up to 56,800 allotted shares and would regulate an off‑market repurchase at the issue price. Resolution 9 authorises the board to finalise the repurchase instrument; Resolution 10 permits the repurchase even after the authorisation has expired.
