Guinness VCT has completed the share offer with a final allocation of 308,213 ordinary shares; the allocation took place on 30 June 2026 at prices between 95.48 pence and 96.47 pence per share. The offer aimed for up to £10m plus an overallotment option of up to £5m; in total 6,338,059 ordinary shares were issued under the placing.
