Incannex starts DReAMzz study to optimise dosing of IHL-42X for obstructive sleep apnea

Incannex has begun the clinical DReAMzz crossover study to optimise dosing of IHL-42X (dronabinol/acetazolamide) for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. The company lists 14 identified study centres, completed manufacturing of the investigational products, and secured import/export approvals and distribution agreements to activate the sites.
