MyState reports 41% profit jump in fiscal 2026 after merger

MyState reported a 41% increase in adjusted NPAT to AUD 58.3m for FY2026 and about a 12% rise in adjusted EPS, driven by the integration of Auswide and Selfco. The company has realized run-rate synergies of AUD 11.8m to date and targets AUD 20–25m of synergies by FY2028, raised the full‑year dividend to AUD 0.245 per share, and improved its cost-to-income ratio and return on equity. The balance sheet grew with net interest income up 37%, housing loans rising 5.8%, and the exit NIM at 1.58% in June. MyState increases profit, raises interim dividend after merger with Auswide

MyState reports an 18.4% rise in adjusted NPAT to AUD 28.2m for H1 2026 and an EPS of 16.6 cents (+11.1%). The company announced a fully franked interim dividend of 12 cents and recorded a 0.42% rise in its share price. Growth was driven largely by the merger with Auswide and a bigger balance sheet; the company expects an EPS of USD 0.24 for 2026 and USD 0.30 for 2027.
