OMV posted a CCS-adjusted operating result of €4.6bn in 2025 and a profit attributable to shareholders of €1.9bn, both down on the previous year. The management board proposes a total dividend of €4.40 per share (€3.15 regular plus €1.25 special dividend); operating cash flow amounted to €5.2bn. For 2026 OMV is cautious and expects a Brent price of around $65, production just under 300,000 barrels per day, and planned organic investments of about €3.2bn. » Mere på kurier.at
