Proximar Seafood reaches full capacity in Japan despite ongoing losses

Proximar Seafood has returned its land-based RAS facility near Fuji to full utilization and harvested 321 tonnes of Atlantic salmon in Q2 2025, with 99.2% classified as superior quality. The company remains under financial pressure, reporting a net loss of NOK 95.1 million for the quarter, but has announced a comprehensive refinancing plan including a rights issue and loan extensions.
