Almitas Capital holds 5.7% of voting rights in PRS REIT via CFDs

Almitas Capital LLC acquired 31,303,113 voting rights in PRS REIT through cash-settled contracts for difference (CFDs), representing 5.7% of total voting rights. The reportable threshold was exceeded on 18 December and the issuer was notified on 22 December. PRS REIT shareholders approve sale of holding company

Shareholders of PRS REIT approved the sale of The PRS REIT Holding Company Limited with 97.67% of the votes. Completion of the transaction is expected on or around 11 December 2025. Thereafter the board will seek approval for a voluntary liquidation and distribute the net assets to shareholders in accordance with the timetable in the circular dated 3 November 2025. Invesco reduces stake in The PRS REIT to 9.09%

Invesco Ltd. has reduced its stake in The PRS REIT from 11.82% to 9.09%, causing its voting rights to fall to 49,905,015 votes. According to the TR-1 disclosure, around 9.04% of the voting rights are held via Invesco Asset Management Ltd., with a further 0.05% held via Invesco Advisers, Inc. PRS REIT plc er en lukket investeringsfond for ejendomme (REIT), etableret for at investere i den private lejesektor og for at give aktionærerne et attraktivt indkomstniveau sammen med potentiale for vækst i kapital og indkomst. Selskabet investerer £0,9 mia. i en portefølje af boliger af høj kvalitet til privat udlejning på tværs af regionerne, efter at have rejst i alt £500 mio. (brutto) gennem sin introduktion til børsen (IPO) den 31. maj 2017 og en efterfølgende placering i februar 2018. Begge kapitalrejsninger blev støttet af det britiske regerings organ Homes England med direkte investeringer.
