At its annual general meeting, SATO Corporation approved the 2025 financial statements, discharged the board and CEO, and decided on a dividend of €0.25 per share, payable on 1 April 2026. Each unit comprises one common share and warrants exercisable at $0.085 (first year) and $0.10; the convertible debentures bear interest at 15% p.a., have a three-year term and are convertible at the same prices.
