Spirent taken off London Stock Exchange after takeover by Keysight
Spirent’s shares were removed from the London Stock Exchange and struck off the Financial Conduct Authority’s official list with effect from 7:30 a.m. London time. The delisting follows completion of the takeover by Keysight Technologies, whose scheme of arrangement became effective on 15 October. Spirent will thus become a subsidiary of Keysight; UBS, Rothschild & Co, Jefferies and Linklaters advised on the transaction. » Mere på de.investing.com
Spirent confirms court date for takeover by Keysight
Spirent has confirmed that the court hearing for the recommended cash takeover by Keysight will take place on 14 October 2025. If the court approves and the remaining conditions are satisfied, the takeover will become effective on 15 October 2025, trading in Spirent shares will be suspended on 16 October, and the listing will be cancelled on 17 October. Shareholders can expect the cash payment by 29 October. All required regulatory approvals and shareholder consent have already been obtained. » Mere på de.investing.com
Keysight demonstrates Open RAN solutions and reports progress on Spirent Communications acquisition
Keysight Technologies successfully showcased its Open RAN solutions with industry partners at the O-RAN Alliance Spring 2025 Global PlugFest, emphasizing energy efficiency and reliability. The company is also working with Chinese authorities to obtain final approval for the acquisition of Spirent Communications, after already receiving conditional clearance in the US.
