Stabilus: shares fall after another CFO resignation and forecast cut

Stabilus shares dropped 6.4% after CFO Andreas Jaeger resigned with immediate effect; he is leaving the company for personal reasons after around nine months. CEO Dr. Michael Büchsner will temporarily take over the finance division, supported by Thomas Kresser, while a search for a permanent successor is underway.
