Tenaris reports robust Q1 2026 with revenue and profit growth despite geopolitical tensions

Tenaris posted revenue of $3.1 billion in Q1 2026 (+6% year-on-year) and an EBITDA of $735 million with a stable margin of 24%. Net income rose 22% to $564 million, and free cash flow was $503 million, of which $90 million was used for share buybacks. Tenaris announces quarterly results for March 31, 2026; analysts see slightly lower earnings

Tenaris’s ADRs rose to a new 52-week high of $57.69 after the stock delivered a total return of 51% over the past year and gained 67% in the past six months. Tenaris has a market capitalization of $29 billion, a P/E ratio of 15.69 and a dividend yield of 4.2%. For Q4 2025 the company beat Stifel’s estimates for revenue and adjusted EBITDA; sales to RigDirect customers in North America and international pipe sales helped drive the strength.
