Valora plans up to 1,000 new locations in Germany

Valora intends to expand its international business strongly and sees medium-term potential for 500 to 1,000 new locations in Germany, CEO Michael Mueller said. The centerpiece is the convenience format Avec, which is currently being rolled out at around 80 locations in cooperation with Deutsche Bahn. In Austria, Valora has also struck a deal for more than 100 shops at BP petrol stations; the share of foreign sales of CHF 2.9 billion is expected to be well above 50 percent going forward. » Mere på finanzen.net
