Vantage Corp posted a net loss of $1.3m for fiscal year 2026 after a prior-year profit of $3.8m, with revenue falling to $17.8m. Howard Hughes appoints Marc Grandisson as executive chairman of its subsidiary Vantage with immediate effect and names David Gansberg as designated CEO. Gansberg will assume the operational CEO role once his non‑compete clauses expire in June 2027; Greg Hendrick will remain CEO until then.
