Videndum has completed a capital raise with gross proceeds of around £85m, exceeding the originally targeted £70m. Net proceeds of approximately £78.9m will be used, among other things, to partly repay the revolving credit facility (£50m) and to bolster liquidity; the resolutions were approved by shareholders with over 99% support.
