Yggdrasil SPAC 1 reorients as robotics and physical AI company through acquisition of Innok Robotics

The management board and supervisory board of Yggdrasil SPAC 1 plan a strategic shift to physical AI and robotics by acquiring all business shares of Innok Robotics GmbH in a contribution-in-kind capital increase. Around 10 million new bearer shares are to be issued for the non-cash contribution, based on an expert valuation of approximately EUR 94.6 million. The company is to be renamed Innok Robotics Group and relocated to Regenstauf; Innok’s current management is expected to form the board, and the contributors will be subject to an 18-month lock-up. » Mere på de.investing.com
