A London arbitral tribunal ordered ZCCM to pay Trafigura roughly $92 million over a dispute concerning an advance payment agreement with Konkola Copper Mines. Contractual interest will continue to accrue on outstanding amounts at variable rates (SOFR plus 5% or plus 2.5% per annum) with monthly compounding.
