Aramark: core business grows; new Nexus unit for data centers launches

At the Goldman Sachs conference Aramark reported strong, broad-based growth in its US core business, record customer retention and steady margin improvements. The newly launched Aramark Nexus business provides premium hospitality for data-center construction sites, already has contracts with annualized revenues of $400–500 million and, according to management, could reach a volume of $2–3 billion in the coming years. RBC Capital Markets raises Aramark to top‑pick and increases price target to $70

RBC Capital Markets upgraded Aramark to its top‑pick in the corporate services sector after Q3 results and model adjustments, raising the price target from $60 to $70. The new target implies a total‑shareholder‑return potential in the mid‑teens and an estimated 2027 P/E of about 24. RBC raised EPS estimates for 2026 by 2% and for 2027 and 2028 by 7% and 10%, respectively, supported by stronger revenues, a lower effective tax rate and expected high margins from Nexus contracts plus operating leverage. Aramark secures catering and hospitality partnerships with Florida State and Texas State

Aramark will take over food service in 13 competition venues at Florida State and will lead culinary support for student-athletes; Florida State recently recorded nearly 900,000 attendees at home games. At Texas State University, Aramark will carry out stadium and event-center modernizations, introduce new food-service concepts and technology-enabled solutions such as scan-and-go, and provide the “Eat to Excel” nutrition program.
