Banco Santander has completed a capital reduction of €231,341,569.50 by cancelling 462,683,139 treasury shares (about 3.08% of the share capital). The share capital now stands at €7,278,241,400.50, divided into 14,556,482,801 shares with a nominal value of €0.50. The measure was registered in the commercial register and follows a resolution of the executive committee and a notification to the regulator on 21 August 2026.
