Beacon Pointe appointed Katie Cullen as chief growth and integration officer to oversee Practice Management, M&A and Strategic Integration, and named Sarah Green chief risk and compliance officer to lead compliance programs including AML and KYC. Cullen joins from BlackRock with experience in business consulting and advisor strategy, while Green arrives from Vanguard after leading global financial crimes and code of conduct. BlackRock, via affiliated holding Sopaipilla Investor, has begun placing a tranche of senior bonds totaling $12.3bn to finance construction of a data center campus in El Paso for Meta. The bond maturing in 2048 is being offered with an indication of about 2.875 percentage points over US Treasuries and is rated investment-grade. BlackRock subsidiaries together with HPS hold 80% of the project, Meta 20%. JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are managing the deal; final pricing is expected next week. » More on de.investing.com
