Burkhalter has bought AZ Systems Holding in Landquart, a provider of building automation with around ten employees and annual sales of about 1.5 million francs. The aim of the takeover is to complement Burkhalter’s offering in Graubünden and to strengthen AZ Systems’ market position. The previous co-managing directors, Corsin Alig and Martin Eckoff, will continue to run the company; the location, company name and jobs will be retained.
