Cairn Homes raises 2026 outlook after strong half-year growth
Cairn Homes reported first-half revenue up 60% to €455.5m and operating profit up 75% to €74.8m. The company lifted its 2026 guidance to around €1.08bn in revenue, about €185m in operating profit and a 17% return on equity. Cairn announced a 10% higher interim dividend, a €50m share buyback program and an order book of 5,020 units worth €1.9bn. Cairn Homes launches share buyback programme of up to €50 million
Cairn Homes has launched a share buyback programme of up to €50 million and has appointed Goodbody Stockbrokers and Deutsche Bank to repurchase shares on its behalf. The programme started immediately, may run until 1 September 2027 depending on market conditions, and initially covers a maximum of 94,350,379 ordinary shares. Repurchases may be made on Euronext Dublin or the London Stock Exchange, the repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled, and transactions will be conducted in accordance with EU rules and stock exchange laws. » More on de.investing.com
Cairn Homes achieves 60% revenue growth in first half
Cairn Homes reports revenue of around €450m for the six months to 30 June from the sale of about 1,130 homes, an increase of 60% year on year. The order book grew to around 4,800 new homes with a net sales value of €1.8bn, and since April sales have averaged 100 units per week. The company started development on five new sites and now operates at 26 sites in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
