  • Castellum misses Q2 forecasts; shares fall about 19% after hours

Castellum reported a Q2 loss of $0.01 per share and revenue of $13.9 million, missing both earnings and revenue estimates and causing the stock to plunge roughly 19% after hours. Revenue for the first half rose 10% to a record $28.2 million, driven by marine contracts, while gross margin fell due to higher subcontractor costs. • Castellum reports falling rental income and NOI, but higher property values and strong liquidity

Castellum recorded a 3% decline in rental income and net operating income (NOI) in Q1 2026 due to higher vacancies and increased property costs. Property values rose by SEK 416 million, and the company completed, among other deals, a disposal of SEK 5.6 billion to AP7. Castellum holds strong liquidity of SEK 18 billion in cash and credit lines but still expects continued pressure on occupancy and leasing growth. • Goldman Sachs raises Castellum to buy and lifts target to 138 SEK

Goldman Sachs has upgraded its rating for Castellum from "Neutral" to "Buy" and raised the target price to 138 Swedish kronor. The bank cites an improved macroeconomic environment in Sweden, a management restructuring programme and a more active leasing strategy to increase occupancy. It also expects property disposals of around SEK 11 billion and share buybacks of about SEK 4 billion within a year, which leaves its earnings estimates for 2027 above the market consensus. » More on de.investing.com
