CBRE shares fall premarket despite earnings surprise
CBRE reported Q2/2026 EPS of $1.56 and revenue of $11.23 billion, both slightly above consensus; nevertheless the stock lost about 0.7% in premarket trading. GAAP net income attributable to shareholders fell roughly 5% year‑on‑year and management warned of macroeconomic risks that could weigh on transaction volumes. Analyst reactions were mixed; Barclays raised its price target from $178 to $180 and kept its rating at "Overweight." The fund noted increased hedge fund ownership but favored select AI names for greater upside potential. » More on finance.yahoo.com
